Who is it for?

This is for anyone living with long-term or recurring conditions — pelvic pain, chronic pain, fatigue syndromes, autoimmune conditions, gut issues, hormonal conditions, migraine, neuroimmune conditions — and who is autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or otherwise neurodivergent.

You don’t need a diagnosis to attend.
You just need to resonate.

What we’ll cover

We’ll explore gentle, practical tools to help you:

  • Understand the unique patterns of chronic health + neurodivergence

  • Support your energy, attention, and nervous system (in ways that actually fit your brain)

  • Reduce overwhelm around appointments, pacing, planning, and daily tasks

  • Navigate flare days with more compassion and less self-blame

  • Build rhythms that feel doable — not punishing

  • Advocate for yourself in healthcare settings (without needing a week to recover)

  • Create safety, steadiness and spaciousness in your body and mind

A Neuroaffirming workshop format

This workshop is designed with neurodivergent brains front and centre. That means:

  • Clear structure + predictable flow — you’ll know exactly what we’re covering and when.

  • Pauses + processing time — no rushing, no forced participation.

  • Multiple ways to engage — camera on/off, chat only, quiet mode, whatever feels safe.

  • Sensory-safe pacing — gentle slides, no rapid-fire content, no overwhelm-by-PowerPoint. Slides to take away so you don’t have to work on remembering, but just be present.

  • Options for movement, stimming, stretching, lying down — truly encouraged.

  • No calling on people directly — participation is always invitational.

  • No toxic positivity or “just try harder” advice — ever.

The whole space is built to feel steady, spacious, and safe — so you can take in what’s useful without masking, performing, or pushing through.
